Description/The Office's Mission

Office 20 is in charge of the concessions for the retail sale of monopoly goods; in particular:

• It guides the local offices in the activities for the issue of administrative concessions for the retail sale of monopoly goods, and also in the management of relations with concession holders;
• It manages the practical aspects of relations with the associations of monopoly goods retailers;
• It pursues the rationalisation, including electronic rationalisation, of the network of manufactured tobacco retailers, and ensures the link with Office 10 for the exchange of information on common sales points;
• It guides and supervises local offices in administrative and accounting activities relative to monopoly goods retail sale concessions.
